Title: Captain Kangaroo Puppet?

I was told this was a Captain Kangaroo puppet.  I do not think it is Captain Kangaroo.  Someone also told me it was a puppet from an old 60's cartoon.  Does anyone know what character this is.

Looks like an old Punch and Judy puppet.

To me it sort of looks like Mr. McFeeley from Mr. Roger's Neighborhood.

To me he looks like he could be a policeman, a postman, or a milkman... or Mr. McFeely. :P
