Title: Help identifying my daughter's plush babies!

I bought these for my daughter a few years ago at different rummage sales. One has no tag & the other's tag is so faded I can't make out a single word! I think I recall coming across something online a few years ago that said they were exclusive to Target, but I can't find anything like it now! I would love to be able to ID these to see if there are some more out there to add to her collection.

I can't claim to know much about dolls, nor do I recognize that particular one, but the face is definitely reminding me of 'Playskool' dolls.
