Got these in a pony lot, know they aren't MLP, any thoughts? No markings..

I think the dog is from a Bonnie playset

I agree : dog is from BONNIE ( http://ghostofthedoll.co.uk/Forum/index.php/topic,359.0.html ).

The other is from MLP G1 petite ponies, Pony Prints Cabin set I think (http://www.ponylandpress.com/petites/cabin.shtml).
