the three squat little toddler dolls came in sets with playground equipment. Available in the mid 1990s. I think the red haired girl had a springy horse.

The first doll on the bottom row may be from this line? (The eyes look the same anyway.)

The 5th & 6th in from the left on the bottom are Lego System Belville dolls.
