Hello, my name is Lil' Pink Coupe, and I'm new here. :) I was wondering if someone could help me ID this cute little hollow plastic dalmatian I found at a flea market a few months ago:

She kinda reminds me of a classic Puppy in My Pocket (which I used to have several of) but those were made of PVC, and she's made of hollow plastic. She also wears a dress, and I can't recall if Puppies in My Pocket were dressable.
If anyone could offer any help, that would be wonderful! Thank you so much in advance! :)
