Title: [ID: Cutie Club by Galoob] tiny figures with tiny horses

hi all, I have these little buildings that i think went with a set of tiny girl figures and very tiny horses. I saw the name for them on the site somewhere but can't find it. any help is appreciated, thanks!

They look like Galoob- Cutie Club houses to me.

Yes, they are part of the Purse Playsets (School and Fashion Mall).
