Title: Can anyone I.d my very old doll pls?

I was given this doll as a gift when I was born, as I never seen another I was curious to find out more any help appreciated.
I also have a teddy the same age with a waste coat and movable limbs any ideas? Thanks

Could the bear with the waistcoat be Paddington?

The doll is at least early 80s and the bear was my great grandmothers both of which were given to me when I was born, the thing with the waiste coat that is usual is the it doesn't come off its part of the fur if that makes sense really need to pics up really :/
