Title: Pink Bathing Suit Doll

This doll has a painted on bathing suit and looks like she had painted on shoes as well. There's a plastic rod on her back that's star shaped and I think went to some sort of stand. Any help would be appreciated.

It's a Barbie "Thumbelina" doll. The hole is for her wings I think.
