Title: [ID: Precious Kitties & Puppies, by Topps] Little Dog and Cat Figures c/w Candy

When I was little, I used to get these little packs (I think they were foil?? They may have been plastic) that contained either a little dog or little cat figure. They were a rubbery, PVC type material, were painted, and were about and inch tall.  I remember having a gray-striped cat that was wearing green sunglasses? A single piece of candy came with them; a little bitty bone or fish.

I bought them in the candy section of a convenience store.  

Anyone know what they were?

Puppies in my Pocket and Kitties in My Pocket my little sister used to have these and she hated the candy that came with them so she always gave it to me to eat I didn't mind the candy for some reason.
