Hmm...they aren't Sylvanian Families because the faces are definitely off.

The bigger bear looks the most like he's a Teddy n Me bear:

The bear families for Sylvanian Families were the Evergreens, Timbertops, and Huntingtons. Evergreens were grey, Timbertops were brown, but it's a richer brown than your bears here, and Huntingtons were kinda creamy tan.    This is the Timbertop Family:

I checked Maple Town figurines for you, and they aren't Maple Town.  Hope this helps!  I have fond memories of Slyvanian Families.

I have some of these but I don't know what they're called.
I'd posted on here a couple of years ago and didn't get much.  :(
