Title: push along pram???

Hi

I dont have a picture but i'll descibe as much as I can.

It was the late 80s and I had a kind of pram,

It was like a push along toy that you pushed with a stick,there was a spindle in the middle with some kind of canopy/umbrella. and then there was 2 "seats at each side where you could place 2 dolls.  As you pushed it, it played a song which always reminded me of the ice cream van.

I remember it was blue in colour.

Can anybody help?
