Title: Scratch The Dog

I have two charactors from the show? book? cartoon strip? about a dog called Scratch.

I have Scratch, with a red collar and white tag with an S on it. There's also a cat who's looking at the ground. They're pencil toppers and may have come in a party bag. Anyone know anything more about them?
