Title: Who is the babydoll in this picture?

I'm trying to ID this doll for my little sister. This pic would have been around 1990 or so. She had a blue outfit and bonnet and I'm pretty sure she was soft bodied other than her hands and head. Unfortunately that's all the information I have, just hoping someone will recognize her. Thanks!

I remember these dolls! You could get ones with pink and yellow outfits too.
When you pressed their chest, they giggled and 'Mama.'

Hee, hee ;D. That doll looks very similar to one I found in a charity shop when I was at university (in the mid-90's). I think it may be the same doll. It had a soft body, and I removed it's head for this photo:

It also had "beddy-bye" eyes and may well have had a voice box, but I'm not 100% sure.

Anyway, no help with id-ing as I no longer have the head, it just bought back memories... ;)
