Title: [ID: Walmart Plush Dog] Polka-Dotted Dog with Pink Corduroy Feet

I recently received this dog in a lot of plushies I bought. His body is made of Brightly colored polka-dotted cloth, his snout and nose are made of a short fur fabric(the same material Beanie Babies are made of),his ears, tail, and feet are made of pink corduroy, and he wears a white ribbon with a red heart design around his neck. His tag was removed by his previous owner. Can anyone tell me his origin, please?

I think he's a generic Valentine's Day plushie or something similar.  He looks like the kinds of things that come with a box of chocolates at a Walgreen's/Boots/Duane Reed/ETC for Valentine's Day.

I agree.. he looks like the little stuffed animals they put out at Valentine's day..
