Title: cute ugly face doll id

Shes so wrong that she's right, but who is she???
She has a plastic face and limbs and a plush body. She is 16cm / 6" tall.
Any help would be great :)

I'm not sure what the doll is, but I would imagine it is a doll that was made in the 90s to compete against Gi-Go's My Pals and Palm Pals.  That was the same concept:  funny-faced baby with rooted hair, clothing, vinyl head/hands/legs, and beanie body.  Beanie dolls were popular during the big Beanie Baby boom.

thank you! I had a look at your link and she does look very similar to the Palm Pals. My dolly has no markings anywhere to identify her brand, do you know if the Palm Pals are marked?
