I think I recognize the campfire.  Is it kind of a rubbery type plastic?  If so, I believe it came from either a Donald Duck or Mickey action figure that was about 5 or 6 inches tall and made in either the late 1980s or early 1990s.  My brother had a few of these action figures and all were rubbery and came with accessories.  I just cannot remember which one and I can't find them.

Edit:  Found the figure, but it doesn't have the accessories:
http://www.ebay.com/itm/Vintage-Disney-Toy-Lot-of-2-Mickey-Mouse-Donald-Duck-/280635477047?pt=US_Action_Figures&hash=item41572d8c37
It was in the Donald Duck one.  Donald came with a removable cowboy hat, campfire, and some other accessories (I think it was something where he came with these two stick-like posts that had Y at the tips.  You positioned them beside the fire and then put a plain stick across the two and hung a toy cooking pot on that, like the cooking pot was over the fire).  It appears a copyright or maker mark is on his feet.  The Mickey Mouse one had an explorer theme.

Hopefully someone here will know the maker and official name.

The brown food tray at the top of the photos belongs to the 1982 Barbie Loves McDonalds Playset.

I think the three mats, two purple and one pink, come with the Shelly school.

That's helpful because that IDs the three white chairs.  They are also from Kelly Nursery School:

Oh, and I found that orange/green coin thing with the tree.  It's from Bratz Adventure Girls Cloe:
http://www.ebay.com/itm/Bratz-doll-Adventure-Girls-Cloe-NEW-/350568336159?pt=LH_DefaultDomain_0&hash=item519f804b1f

Edit:  The white bunny is from Kelly Easterific Easter doll:

The turkey was made by Mattel because there is a turkey just like it in the Barbie Cooking Magic Glamorous Dining Playset.  It's possible it did come from that set because Cooking Magic tended to feature color changing food:
http://www.amazon.com/Barbie-COOKING-GLAMOROUS-Playset-Arcotoys/dp/B005OZN38W

I found the pink cooler too.  But I don't know the official name of this playset:

It looks like it was part of the Barbie Cooking Magic line.  That Nabisco box was probably part of the line too.

The frisbee is from 1987 California Dreams Barbie:

You can't see the frisbee well in the box, but here is a picture of the California Dream Midge outfit and accessories and the decal on her blue frisbee is the same:

Are you sure it's Kelly and not Shelly? Ahhh well.

I think the little white box might be from the school too, I'll have a look when I get home.

In the US, it's Kelly.  In Europe, it's Shelly.  Now, the doll's been replaced with a doll called Chelsea.

I believe that the sectioned yellow plate is Kelly/Shelly, too... as well as the pink seashell comb.

What is the picture on the light green box? I have a set of dishes (Barbie-sized) that look to be about that color.

I can say the white cooler is barbie it says so on the front the purple mirror is also barbie i think it is from the magic of Pegasus line.  The green box like thing with the shells does say mattel i think it is 80's or 90's.  The white bone has a patch of Velcro on it  that you cant see.

if anyone wants anything please pm me here or on the MLP arena.

I have the same bone, but haven't quite ID'd it. I think it's either Barbie or LPS. Since everything that's being ID'd is turning out to be Barbie, I think it would be safe to say that's it! ;)

I was thinking maybe this one?? http://www.ebay.com/itm/1997-Blonde-Barbie-Dog-Ginger-17116-MIB-/400237777817?pt=LH_DefaultDomain_0&hash=item5d3007d399

Or this one: http://www.ebay.com/itm/BARBIE-DOLL-LITTLE-SISTER-KELLY-AND-GINGER-GIFT-SET-WHEEE-RARE-AND-HTF-/221108566830?pt=LH_DefaultDomain_0&hash=item337b18fb2e&nma=true&si=vDsEvOjMG4EMa8t48LjX3OnxdEE%3D&orig_cvip=true&rt=nc&_trksid=p2047675.l2557

That plate with the pink and purple design on it might be a Tyco Kitchen Littles plate

The pink figure on the stand looks like a CUTIE figure.
