I know I've seen these before, but I can't think of the name.. help?

Well lookit that! You've found yourself a fakie Ice Cream Doll!
See how the left hand has its two middle fingers down and the rest up? That's the international symbol for "I love you," and that particular hand set was used on Ice Cream Dolls and other yarn-head dolls.
That one's cuter than most of the ones I've seen, though. Apart from the actual Ice Cream Dolls, there tend to be a lot of "clown dolls" that tried to knock off the idea and failed miserably by being... well, downright creepy!
