Title: Barbie Doll and dresses to id

I have recently gotten this Barbie off ebay and was wondering if anyone can id what doll she is and also what dress she is wearing. She has Mattel Inc 1966 stamped on her back. Here are the photos:

I have also recently got some Skipper dolls off ebay, which I have id'd already, but they are wearing Barbie fashions that I cant id, so any help would be appreciated. Here are the photo links:

I think that the brunette may be wearing one of those pajama sets that also came with a matching child-sized nightgown.

The nightgown is definitely one of those from the kid and doll set.

The brunette is Courtney, Skipper's best friend.

don't know any of the clothes but I think the skipper in the pink dress and gold jewelry might be a sun sensation skipper.
