Title: [ID: Blackstar, Trobbits] 1980's elfs (elves?) toys

Hi. I'm trying to figure out what these purple and yellow clad elfs are from. I seem to remember them be related to a cartoon back in the 80's. They are about two and a half inches tall. Thank you in advance for any help. They are from Blackstar.

Thank you for your help! It's weird that I remember playing with these toys as a kid, but I don't remember buying them in a store.
