Title: Pretty Cure or "PreCure"

I have posted this picture in another thread, but I am pretty sure that someone here will know about this show and thus this toy, so I hope it's okay that I post it here under a different name.

It's in the back on the right-hand side with the removable orange bowl. The bottom of it says "Bandai 2006 Made in China 33302"

I found out that it's the... pet?? of the red-headed one, but since I don't read Japanese (Chinese?) and know nothing of this anime stuff, that doesn't help me at all.

This character's name is Flappy, he's the character Saki Hyuuga's pet on Pretty Cure Splash Star, and he helps her tranform into her superhero alter-egoes, Cure Bloom and Cure Bright. Also, the other girl, Mai Mishou, had a pet named Choppy who'd help her transform into her alter egoes, Cure Egret and Cure Windy.
