Title: [ID: GI Joe, Street Fighter 2] Hasbro 1992 turquoise monster man orange hair

Does anyone know who this is - or what set he's from, please.

He has bright orange hair - like a troll. He's bright turquoise green, with a furry dark orange triangle on his chest. White teeth with fangs.
Hasbro 1992 on his lower back. Approx 32cm or 12".

No, it's not like that - he is more of a man shape (rather than a smaller troll shape). Thanks so much for trying to help though.

I don't suppose you can provide a picture?
Also is there a "wheel" on his back that when you flik it make the jewel spark?(If so it's a "Stone protector")

it is a G.I. Joe Blanka Street Fighter Action Figure.

I guess it used to have clothes because this one looks very nude.
