My 28yo sister used to have one of those. Pink with nonmovable eyes that were closed. It played music with a little twisty thing on its rear if that helps any. Even if we still had it I'm sure the tags would be gone.

I used to have one! Mine definitely wasn't Cabbage Patch although it looked pretty similar.
