Title: [ID: Tell Me Tots] Baby Doll ID

I'm looking for a ID on the doll on the top left of this pic:

I got her for my birthday (and still have her) in the early 90's. Mine is the African American version and her clothes are different. She has a little heart button on the right side of her chest that makes her say "Love You...Love You" when pressed. She's the same size as a Cherry Merry Muffin as seen in the pic but much chubbier like a baby would be. I'll look at mine for markings when I go back home.
