Title: [ID: Hasbro LPS piece] Turquoise box

I received an email about an unidentified toy from a visitor to my web site, but I can't ID the item.  Her description is:

I have a hinged turquoise box with a green (or yellow) star on the top (6 pointed) 1 1/2" x 1 1/2" with an "extension" on the front with a paw print. A number 2 is printed on the bottom and inside the lid.

I did get an ID, though - it's an accessory from a G2 LPS playset (Little Lovin' Pet Playhouse).
