Title: [ID: Charmin' Barn Friend by Meritus] "so soft" like Flocked pink Cow

Hello,
I've been collecting 1980s Hasbro toys since I was a child (in the 80s...) and today I found this cow with Moondreamer like eyes and flocking and MLP like hair...but I have no idea who she is or where she's from and can't find a single hint online!
Can anyone help me?

I found out she's a Charmin' Barn Friend by Meritus.  I've never heard of that company before.
