I was searching for fairy winkles on Ebay and found this auction:

Anyone know what the funny cute little fairies that aren't fairy winkles are called or what they came with or whatever?

They are accessories from Trendmasters Star Castle series. Here's an image, you can see a little pink fairy creature just above the blue turret:
