Hi,
I recently have decided to take on the great hobby of trying to collect my childhood treasures! I have found the names of most of these toys, but there are two in my mind that I don't have much to go on and would like to find out what they were called, and if anyone has any suggestions or photos.
The first one is a small doll that I bought from Woolworths in the mid 90s. It was probably about the size of the Barbie child dolls, and had a similar build. Mine had purple hair with sparkly, tinsle likes strands. I think they did various coloured hair and they were all girls, and may have came with a plastic brush. She had a plastic body with arms that moved at the shoulder and legs that moved at the hips. I think her dress may have been purple and pink. Put the main thing was she was small with sparkly bits in her hair. Sorry this is so vague.
The other thing was for a birthday, again during the mid 90s, one of my presents was a clear plastic pendant necklace. It had a stopper or screw top and I'm sure the packet said something about growing seeds inside the pendant. It may have come with a nutrient gel for the seeds, and seems like the type of thing typical to come with dolls/ fairy toys, but again that is all I remember. Originally I'd thought it had come with a Fairy Winkle, but I think I just got them around the same time.
Will be very grateful if anyone has any idea what these toys may be...again sorry for the vague descriptions!

Hello,
Actually the first doll you described got me thinking. There's a series of dolls here that seem similar aside from the fact that their bodies are made in one mold.
That means their arms and legs can't move, only their heads can be turned. Is she one of these maybe?

These are Li'l Secrets from mattel: http://ghostofthedoll.co.uk/Toys_LilSecrets.htm (http://ghostofthedoll.co.uk/Toys_LilSecrets.htm)
They seem quite hard to find, I've so far only found three of them.
No idea about the peandant though.
