Title: Where are these Looney Tunes from?

So I have these little Looney Tunes figures, in varying colors. I can't for the life of me imagine where they came from. I thought perhaps they were board game pieces or something like that. The odd thing is, none of them really stand up on their own. They are about 2 inches tall. Any ideas?? Thanks!

These make me think of the toys that used to come in cereal boxes. ;)
