I recently bought a mixed lot of Pound Puppies which included a type of Pound Puppy I hadn't seen before. Basically, he's a clip-on toy(when you squeeze his arms, his paws open and you can clip him on to things); he's made of flocked vinyl, has plastic eyes, his ears are made of some kind of cloth, and his head can be turned left or right. He looks to be from the '80s, but might be more recent. I was curious if anyone might be familiar with him, also if he's an actual Pound Puppy or a lookalike. Any help will be much appreciated!

Does he have a heart on the back left side? Most of the Pound Puppies I found on the internet and remember had a heart there. It looks like a Pound Puppy based on the eyes.

He doesn't have the heart, though he may still be an official Pound Puppy.
