Title: [ID: The Avengers] Female action figure

Please help me identify this toy. I don't have a picture. Female action figure approx. 6" tall with brown hair in a high pony tail with bangs. Shes wearing a blue gray and yellow skin tight suit. She has clear blue wings. She was purchased from a Dominicks grocery store in the Chicagoland area around 1999. Your help is greatly appreciated.

Is the suit molded on her or removable?
