Title: A Mystery Orange Striped cat!

I bought this little kitty recently because I could swear I had one as a kid. I cannot, for the life of me, remember what it went with or what it's name is! Can you please help me identify him?
He is hollow plastic, about an inch and a half tall. There are no identifying marks on him.

I found it!! It belongs to the My Little Ponies. His name is Twinkles.
