Title: [ID: Walmart Kid's Meal] Need a Specific Name for this Lisa Frank Kitten Toy

I had a screenshot from long ago. I ASSUME it's a Wal-Mart toy from Lisa Frank, but I'm unsure now.

I'd like to know a specific name, if possible.
A year.
Manufacturer.
If it came from a Happy Meal, if so, which, or truly from Wal-Mart.

Other photos if possible.

Also, it shouldn't be more than a couple inches in height, if that.
the info would normally be printed on the bottom of the shoe.

It was a prize that came with a meal. Wal-Mart used to have their own restaurants inside with hot dogs and stuff like that.

That Lisa Frank set was in 1993, I believe. Those kitten characters are called "Sneaker Kitties."
