Title: Nosey Bear wrapping paper?

I found some of thise wrapping paper yesterday at a sale.  Looks like Nosey Bears to me.  What do you guys think?  Is it really Nosey Bears or just lookalikes?

If those AREN'T official Nosey Bears than whoever owns the rights to Nosey Bears should take legal action because those look exactly like real Noseys.

Nosey Bears were made by Those Characters from Cleveland.  That brand is owned by American Greetings, so it's completely plausible that they would have made wrapping paper with those characters.  ;)

If it was, it would definitely say so on the wrapping paper!
