I saw this doll awhile back in an Etsy store and saved the photo. The listing has been gone a long time but the seller didn't know much about the doll when I asked her. I don't know if it was created by someone or purchased somewhere. There wasn't a picture of what the bottle under the dress look like.
I'd love to know if anyone recognizes the doll (or recognizes a component of it to confirm if if was a OOAK creation).

It won't let me edit that post. The link was:

Just found this doll on search, which is similar but I don't like nearly as well.

UPDATE:
So apparently it was a pattern that you did using a bottle or bleach bottle of some sort?

Dream Dolls (1974) by Viola Rawson - 29 pages. Apparently you're supposed to make them with a bleach bottle underneath the dress to get the big skirt look.

Those heads are probably from the 60s or 70s and are based off of Bradley Dolls, which I've mentioned a few times on the board before. I found a crafted doll with a head like these in a thrift store once, and there are a few at a flea market near my house.

Neat! I've never seen one as pretty as the one with the blue dress. I wonder if that was one of the patterns (I think some called for root beer bottles instead of bleach bottles).
