Title: [ID: Kissyfur, Create-A-Cake, Petite Ponies] Help Identifying Little Things!

I bought a bag of mostly McDonalds toys from the late 80s and early 90s. The following are currently unidentified:

My Little Pony Miniature:  Does anyone know what series it's from? ID'd

That blue star thing.  It's marked "Korea."  It looks like something Rainbow Brite, maybe?

Silly flocked pig- I can't decipher the markings.  He's kind of heavy.
