Title: Mouse or Wolf Plastic Game Pieces?

Okay, I can't tell if these are rats, or wolves, or what.  There are many of each except for the boy.  There's only one of him.  Are they game pieces? What are these little critters?!

Are there any manfacture marks on it or a year stamped on it, etc?

Unfortunately, they're not stamped or anything.
