Title: (IDED: Duchess the Rottweilier)Puppy In My Pocket?

I got a Dachshund toy puppy today in a set of puppies for 30p. On the bottom, it says he was made in 1993. He's got his bum in the air and his head is resting on his right front paw. Anyone know anything about him?
