Title: [ID: Kid Core] Small doll like a Skipper but not SKipper...

I have this small doll who can looks like to a SKIPPER and I would like to know who she is. There is no inscription on her excepted CHINA on her back.

hmm could it be barbies little sister Kelly ? It is just a guess although ....

Mattel is not written anywhere on the doll so I do not think it is linked to Barbie...   :-\

I had a look at the hair of the doll and it do not seems to have been cut.

How tall is she? She looks more Stacy-sized than anything but it's hard to tell from just the picture.

Her size 19 cm (7.5") ...

I wonder if she could be a Barbie little sister fake or something like that ?  ???  But hair still original and not cut...  and Barbie sisters have all long hair, aren't they ? :(

It's interesting that she has eyeliner around her whole eye, but no eyelashes.
I've never seen a doll with that kind of eye design before!

it's kid core doll, most certainly, her body at least is.
