Title: Little Farmer Toy

Could somebody please help me ID these toys? The only marking on the bottom is "Taiwan". They are kind of a squishy plastic, about 3 inches tall.

I had these as a kid and I want to say they are either mego, duplo or some sort of big lego like toy. that is all I can say as I can't for the life of me remember exactly what they are.
