Hello,
I've seen these plush bunnies and plush 'kitty surprise' style animals on a Japanese website and it doesn't say what they are.
I'm guessing they are all 80s/90s.
Can anyone help?
Thanks.

I'm not sure about the plushies in the first picture. They are really adorable and I'd also love to know what they are.
The puppy and kitty in the second picture are Puppy Check-Up and Kitty chek-Up by Kenner.

Hey Milkypuppy, thank you for that valuable nugget of information! (:
I hope someone else knows what the other plushies are x

No problem! After doing a bit of research tonight, I found the blog of the woman who owns them (http://ameblo.jp/maroma-2/).
She uses them a bunch in her pictures. After going through most of her posts, I couldn't find anything else on them. Looking at the other plushies and things she collects though, I might say that they could be from the Japanese clothing brand Nile Perch (http://www.nile-jp.com/) or the second hand item/clothing shop called Spank! (http://spankworld.jp/). Regardless, they are absolutely adorable!

You're quite the detective! Yeah I actually went on Spank after I saw her website because I thought they might have similar things for sale. I find that lady's site hard to navigate because even though I have google translator the words still don't quite make sense grammatically. Anyways I guess as a last resort I could try and message her to ask what the bunnys are.

You're gonna laugh at this, but today I was browsing Pinterest and a picture of one came up. I followed the picture to tumblr, and after a little digging I found out what these are.
They are a Japanese plush brand called Fancy Bunny (http://www.shop-online.jp/fancybunny/) which seems to be handmade! There is also a blog (http://mofumofuplush.blog.fc2.com/) for the brand. Looks like they haven't had a new post since September, but hopefully next year they will!
I'm thrilled that this mystery is now solved!
