This guy is just...odd. I bought him because he was not something I have ever seen before, but I can;t seem to get him identified.
Marked 1995 Mattel
Battery operated- spins like an unbalanced washing machine, causing him to "walk". May have had arms- there are holes where arms might have gone.

argh i can't find it or remember the name but i'm sure it's from a game- you have to make sure the washing doesn't fall out of it or something? good luck, i'll be stalking this thread :)

I don't remember the name either my cousin had this game. It came with foam clothes that you tried to throw in the washing machine. I think? The washing machine also had arms.

Saying it was a board game helped a lot.
Dizzy Dryer or Wacky Washer:

It seems to imply that the Mattel version was called Dizzy Dryer, so I'd go with Dizzy Dryer.

Here's a commercial check it out.

Wacky Washer was produced by Spears for the UK market, and Dizzy Dryer was produced by Mattel for the US marker (as far as I can tell). Wacky Washer had a plain blue drum back, whereas Dizzy Dryer had a blue and yellow drum back. Everything else looks to have been the same.
