I need to know his/her name, release date, what kind of clothes he/she wears etc.  :)

Cabbage Patch Kids were given names and clothes totally at random so you'd never be able to find out the name and outfit unless you had its birth certificate or a photo of it in its original box.

 However because it's Mattel and hard plastic it will either have been a Bath Baby

The signature on the butt is just Xavier Roberts' signature, which exists on every doll as far as I know.

CPKs started out as soft sculpture art, so when they were made into toys, the signature stayed.
