Title: Unknown vintage doll's dress

Does anyone know who this is for please? I'm guessing it's to fit a doll between 4-6" high. Orangey red colour.

I am guessing it belongs to a dollar-store doll. It is similar to the dress I have pictured on this thread:

I don't know which doll this is, but it fits. She looks 1970s.
