Title: [ID: Bring Along a Song, by Tomy] Plastic Tape-Cassette Toy?

My mum has another unknown toy she needs help identifying. I've tried googling for it but come up with nothing. It looks like this:

As you can see, it's bright yellow plastic and it's shaped like a cassette tape. There's little grooves and some kind of spinning disc inside. Presumably there's a tape player somewhere that lets it play the two songs (Twinkle Twinkle and This Old Man). My dad thinks it's Fisher Price but there's no company name on it. Any ideas?
