Title: help identify doll with digital heart on chest?

i cant find pictures, i have been looking for this doll for over ten years now.

All i can remember is she was average sized baby doll, bald (or plastic hair), she had on a dress that was light blue and white striped, she had a digital heart on her chest with buttons, she would cry and it would let you know if she was sick, hungry or needed a change, she had hard arms and legs but im not sure about the body

It sounds like a variation on amazing Amy. She was a toddler not a baby though with hair.
