Does anyone know which company made this Fox in Socks toy?

It's not the Kohls version.

I was able to find an old Amazon listing that had the same picture as the one you posted above. It says it was made by the Manhattan Toy Company.

It's just a pity that ebay seller doesn't ship to Australia.
