Title: galoob doll maybe?

 today i found a doll, the size of a lil miss doll
she wears a pink body with short glitter arms, pink pants with yellow lining and white shoes
She has long blond hair with lots of color (pink n blue) in it- they told me thats what she was for, coloring the hair and brushing the color out
she has no manufacturer on it but:
the face is EXACTLY the same as the small galoob "backpack club" dolls
No functions

They said it's about the size of a Li'l Miss doll so maybe around 13"?
