Title: Anyone have ideas? can't find this anywhere..

I've been searching everywhere trying to figure this out. Any ideas what doll/toy this is? No stamp or lettering on it anywhere. Nothing comes close to it either. Thanks!

That looks like a dime-store toy from the 60s or the 70s. He's sort of got a Kewpie face. Cute li'l rascal -- wish I knew more about him! He's exactly the kind of thing I love to collect.
