Title: Small Plastic Fairies & tiny baby figure....

I found this set of little plastic fairies. Anyone have any idea what they are or what they go to?

I don't see any markings on them. They are also a flexible plastic not stiff.

I also have this tiny 1.25" tall baby with no markings...

The baby looks like a figure from Mimi and the Goo Goos, but I can't figure out which set.

there is a newer post where someone got a mint on card set of lovable babies tiny tots and the little baby looks like it could be one of those.
