Title: 1990s toy Tattoo Max ID help!

Hi All!

    New to the forum and I had to sign up because this has been bothering me for months now. I have been trying to find one of my old childhood toys from the 90's. I believe it was called Tattoo Max. I don't have a picture but he basically looked like a bald overly muscular (but not defined muscle) wrestler with a mean face that wore just briefs and you put temporary tattoos all over his body (the toy came with temp tattoos as well). This was seriously the toy that got me into tattoos (sleeves almost done now at age 28!) and I would love to get it back for nostalgia reasons. If anyone could provide me any info such as the maker, year, and the proper name of the toy it would be super appreciated!
